How to Select a WordPress Theme
Your WordPress theme determines how your site’s content gets packaged for viewers. Changing your theme does not change any of the words, images, or other media on your site. It simply changes how that material is presented.
Here’s how to select a theme for your website:
Themes that have already been installed will appear, with your site’s current theme first. A black Active button will also appear beneath it.
Hover your mouse over any themes that interest you. For more information about a particular theme, click Theme Details.
Click Live Preview to get a look at how the theme will appear when applied to your website.
If you like it, press the blue Activate button in the bottom left. You can then use the block editor to customize the theme further.
If you don’t like that theme, click the back button and choose another one. Repeat the process until you find your ideal theme.
If none of the installed themes work for you, go back to the Themes page and click on the Add New Theme button near the top of the page. This allows you to browse all available themes and/or perform a keyword search for something you like better.
