How to Publish a Page in WordPress

Publishing a page in WordPress means making a page go live. Any page that visitors can access on the website is a published page. Let’s go over how to publish a page in WordPress.

First, access your WordPress pages by logging in, then clicking Pages on the left-hand Navigation Sidebar.

From there, you can publish the page in one of two ways:

• Option 1: Hover over the page you wish to publish and click Edit or the page’s title. This will take you to the Block Editor where you will see a blue button that says Publish in the upper right corner. Clicking this makes your page go live.
• Option 2: Hover over the page and click Quick Edit. Locate the status drop-down. You can change the page from Draft to Pending Review or Published here. Just click Update when you’re done.
