Change the Permalink Structure in WordPress

A WordPress site’s permalink structure is the URL format used for pages, posts, tags, and categories. Here’s how to change your new website’s default permalink structure:

1. Sign in to your WordPress dashboard and go to Settings > Permalinks.
2. Select the permalink structure you want to use from the drop-down menu. Some popular permalink structure include Post name and Custom Structure.
3. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
