Getting started is fast and easy. From within your client dashboard, you’ll choose your new Texas phone number and be prompted to download our free Corporate Phone® app from the U.S. Android or IOS app store. As soon as you’re done customizing, you can start using your Texas number to connect with your customers and clients.
You’ll also be able to choose between our two mail forwarding options described below.
Option 1: Same-day Digital Scanning
We’re all about the convenience of digital mail forwarding, and most of our clients are too. Our digital scanning option allows you to get same-day access to any mail we receive on your behalf. Once your mail has been scanned into your secure online account, you’ll get a notification that it’s ready for viewing. It’s as simple as that.
Option 2: Weekly Physical Mail Forwarding
If you’d rather receive your mail and sort through it yourself, you can choose weekly physical mail forwarding when you sign up for your Virtual Office. With this option, our Texas staff will collect your mail, scan only the envelope (so you can see what’s coming), and forward it to your preferred address each week. Standard flat mail only — packages received at virtual office addresses can’t be forwarded.
