What is Texas Mail Forwarding Service?

When you sign up for our premium Texas Mail Forwarding Service, your business mail will come straight to our Texas office, and we will scan your mail into your secure online account OR forward it to the address of your choice. Plus, you’ll receive a real, physical address that can be used on your company’s letterhead, website, and bills, so your personal information remains private. You’ll also get a unique suite number. You can even use us for your Amazon Verification Cards.

We also offer a limited mail forwarding option free with our Texas registered agent service. The free option does not come with a unique suite number.

Option 1: Free Limited Mail Forwarding

All Texas clients have the option of free limited mail forwarding service (5 mail scans per year) when you hire us to be your Texas registered agent or form your LLC or corporation. As your Texas registered agent, our main job is to accept and forward your state and legal mail—but we do much, much more. We also provide use of our business address on public documents to help you better maintain your privacy. If we get mail for you at this address, we’re happy to forward up to 5 pieces of regular mail each year (but we can”t forward any packages we receive). After that, we’ll notify you if we receive any more, and you can opt to have it forwarded at a rate of $15 per item. If you expect a lot of mail, however, our Premium Mail Forwarding Service may be a better option for your business.

Option 2: $20 Premium Texas Mail Forwarding Service

For $20 a month, you get a professional Texas business address with a unique suite number and unlimited forwards. You can choose between same-day digital scans or weekly physical forwarding:

Same-Day Digital Texas Mail Forwarding

Our Texas staff will sort, scan, and upload your mail as a PDF into your online account. It’s a simple, hassle-free process, and you’ll receive a notification whenever a new piece of mail is available for viewing. You won’t need to file anything with the United States Postal Service (USPS) AND we’ll securely shred your junk mail for you!

Just choose “Digital Scanning” when you sign up for our Texas mail forwarding service.

Weekly Physical Texas Mail Forwarding

If you’d rather open your mail yourself, we offer weekly physical mail forwarding as well. The physical mail forwarding process is simple: our staff collects your mail, repackages it, and forwards it to your preferred address on a weekly basis. As with free mail forwarding, any packages and parcels delivered to our offices can’t be forwarded.

ABSOLUTELY! When you hire us to form your Texas LLC, sign up for our Texas Incorporation Service, or hire us to be your Texas Registered Agent, you can upgrade to Premium Mail Forwarding for an additional $20 a month. Or, you can stick with the free Texas Mail Forwarding option and sign up later when you’re ready.
