C.S.) form with the Pennsylvania Department of State, Corporation Bureau, along with form DSCB:15-134B(Docketing Statement-Changes), a Tax Clearance Certificate in the case of a forfeiture, and the filing fee. A Statement of Revival requires a $70 filing fee.
How long does it take the state to process the filing?
It will take approximately four weeks to receive your Tax Clearance Certificate from the Department of Revenue and from the Department of Labor and Industry. It will take the Department of State a week to process the revival of your Pennsylvania corporation.
