How much does a North Dakota Certificate of Good Standing cost?
To register as a North Dakota Corporation.
The fees for a North Dakota certificate of good standing are as follows:
$10 plus $5 for search of records for normal processing (Sole Proprietorships & General Partnerships only).
$15 plus $5 for search of records for normal processing (LP, LLP, LLLP, PLLP, LLC, PLLC and Corporations).
$20 plus $5 for search of records for normal processing (Cooperative Associations only)
