How to Get a Mexico Certificate of Good Standing
A certificate of good standing in the State of New Mexico is called a Certificate of Compliance. You can order by mail or in person, but we recommend mailing. Normal processing takes up to 10 days, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $10 or more, depending on the type of business entity. Expedited service is not available, but in person service is while you wait at no additional charge.

In Person:
Requested documents can usually be provided while you wait. Only one business name request processed per day. You will want to have your payment handy.
How much does a New Mexico Certificate of Good Standing cost?
To register as a New Mexico Corporation. Fees are as follows:
$50 for normal processing (profit corporations).
$25 for normal processing (LLCs).
$10 for normal processing (non-profit corporations).
Is expedited processing available?
No. However, in person requests are processed while you wait. Only one request is accepted per day.
