Apostille Certificate From The Georgia Secretary Of State
How To Order An Apostille Certificate From The Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority
An original or certified copy is required. You cannot order a certified copy of your articles and request an Apostille at the same time. They are processed through different offices. We recommend mailing the request. Normal processing takes one day, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $3. Expedited service is not available because processing only takes one day, plus additional time for mailing. Always provide the name of the country needing a Georgia Apostille Certificate or Certificate of Authentication.
