What information do I need for the Wyoming Reinstatement Form?
To file the Wyoming Reinstatement Form, you’ll need to provide your LLC’s name and the date of administrative dissolution. The form also includes a statement attesting that you’ve fixed the problems that led to dissolution. A member, manager, or person authorized to do business on behalf of your Wyoming LLC must sign the form.
