Can you re-state the initial articles instead of filing an amendment?
You may include a new amendment to the articles of organization when you restate them. If you do include a new amendment in the restatement, the heading must read, “amended and restated articles of organization.”
How much does a Kansas Limited Liability Company amendment cost?
