Every LLC package offered by Northwest includes free Registered Agent service for the 1st year. After that, it’s just $125 per year. There’s no contract and you can cancel at any time. By using us as your LLC’s Registered Agent, we’ll accept all mail that is sent to your LLC. We’ll then scan and upload it to your online account. When a document is uploaded, you’ll receive an email. There’s no additional charge for this mail scanning. It’s included with our Registered Agent service.
Additionally, we’ll use our address on your LLC formation documents. This will keep your home address off public records and maintain your privacy. This will also reduce junk mail.
