How Nevada Mail Forwarding Works

We offer two different mail forwarding options. Which one you choose depends on the quantity of incoming mail you expect to receive.

Option 1: Free Limited Mail Forwarding

When you sign up for our Registered Agent service, we accept all legal mail on your behalf. So if a letter gets sent from the Secretary of State or you receive a service of process, no sweat. We’ll automatically make sure you receive that. Additionally, we will accept and forward five pieces of non-legal mail. If we receive more than five pieces a year, we’ll let you know, and you can decide if you want us to forward additional mail to you for $15 per item. Our limited service is free, but we can’t forward packages with this option and the address doesn’t include a unique suite number.

Option 2: $20 Premium Mail Forwarding
For businesses expecting a lot of non-state mail, like client inquiries, bank statements, or packages, our premium service might be a better fit. With our Premium Nevada Mail Forwarding, you get a unique suite number, so no other business has your exact address. Plus, we can accept as much mail as you receive. You get to choose between two mail forwarding options:

• Same-Day Digital Nevada Mail Forwarding
  Our same-day digital mail forwarding is the fastest way to receive your mail. Every day that we receive your mail at our Nevada mail forwarding office, we’ll sort it, scan it, and upload the scanned PDFs to your online account. The scans are available whenever you log in.
• Weekly Physical Nevada Mail Forwarding
  If you’d prefer the hard copies of your mail, our Nevada team will collect your mail at our secure local Nevada office, repackage it, and forward it to you on a weekly basis. This option lets you keep your privacy, have a local address, and still get your physical mail in a timely manner.
