How to Get an Alaska Certificate of Good Standing
A Certificate of Good Standing in the State of Alaska is also called a Certificate of Compliance. You can order a Certificate of Good Standing from the Alaska Division of Corporations, Business, and Professional Licensing by fax, mail, in person or online, but we recommend ordering online. Normal processing takes up to 2 weeks, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $10. Expedited processing is not available. However, if you order online you will be able to print out the requested document as soon as the payment has been processed.
